SHIPPING
After your order is placed, it can takes around 10-14 days until your order is ready to ship I order your items in and print them fresh just for you. If there are any issues, we will contact you ASAP and let you know. Please note we do not ship items on weekends and holidays.
Duration:
Our main delivery service is Royal Mail which takes around 2 to 4 business days to be delivered to UK addresses and 3 to 11 business days to be delivered throughout Europe. International parcels are 3 to 17 business days
Please note there could be customs fees for some countries that must be paid by you the customer. If you are unsure about import taxes and duties we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Tracking:
If your order is being shipped to UK, we will email you a tracking number. Just type in the number on the Royal Mail webpage to check the whereabouts of your package at any time. International shipping may not have tracking details but will be provided if available, with the carrier.
Once we have shipped your order and you have problems with the shipment or delivery, please call your post service first. You can use your tracking number (if you have one) and try and resolve the problem with the delivery service before you contact us. If you're unable to find a resolution, please feel free to contact us directly and we will try our best to figure it out.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
Our main goal is it to see our Everyone happy while rocking their Sakura Coast Clothing. So, if you should have any problems concerning your order, we will always find a solution.

Please note that all our CLOTHING is handmade on demand. This means that each piece is uniquely made for you. So, if you have any concerns on your size, we are more than happy to assist you to be able to find the perfect fit for you. This way we can limit returns and make you, us and our planet happy 😉
In the event of a return/exchange, please send us a quick email to hello@sakuracoastclothing.co.uk before you return the item. Unfortunately, we can not take back unannounced returns.
Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels which means you will have to take care of the shipping costs (see Return Policy) yourself. We can not take back unfree returns.
Once we received your package with the unworn and unwashed items back, we are more than happy to exchange your item(s) and send them right back to you. (no additional costs for you if your address is in the UK)
Or refund the price of the item(s) through the same payment method initially used. Shipping costs are not refunded.
